My Blogging Experience

This year I took up blogging for one of my classes at school. I had never blogged before this year and I really don't find it that exciting. I like to read some blog posts here and there but I don't really find it fun to create a blog. It is just too much commitment to something I don't see as a big part of my life.

School's Handbook

If I could change any rule in the handbook I would change the exam rule. I absolutely hate the exam rule. I don't want to do exams at all. The exams put my grades at risk every time the end of a semester rolls around. It makes me very nervous for those 2 days and annoys me.

If I could add a rule to the handbook it would be the allowance of technology like Ipods and Ipads. I think it would be nice because then you can listen to music when you aren't doing any work. Or you can play games and check your social media stuff.

Senior's Last Week

Well its the Senior's last week of school. After that they will be free from the torment of school. In a way I'm jealous of their fortune. I can't wait till my Senior year when I will be able to slack off in most of my classes. That is what is going to happen next year. So teachers beware!

Prom

Well I didn't go to this years prom because I was in Lima, Ohio hanging out with some friends. For my saturday I was in a barn with about 30 other kids and we played volleyball, foosball, ping pong, and talked. I had a fun time. Even though I didn't go to prom I don't feel like prom is lame. Prom can be fun if you have lots of friends and games.

Just Some Things

Well I'm just sitting in Exploring Tech class and I'm thinking about my weekend. My weekend consisted of watching some of the NFL draft, hanging out with Parker, Andrew, and Josh, and pizza. On Friday I went to a friend's house for pizza and stuff. We played some volleyball and sat around a camp fire. On Saturday I watched some of the NFL draft and argued about some of the picks that the pro teams made and then later I went to Josh Adam's house to hang out with him, Parker, and Andrew. Overall my weekend was pretty fun.

Facebook

As most people in the U.S. I have a facebook too. I don't use it very often, maybe a few times a week. I use my facebook account to find friends from other states and keep in touch with them.

Lots of people use facebook for various reasons but I think the main one is to keep in touch with others. It is very easy to share ,what you are doing, with your friends. You don't have to call them to tell what has happened to you lately and you can even use pictures to give your distant friends a visual.

Even though many people of all ages, races, ect. use facebook I believe not everyone should have one. Those that shouldn't have one are those of a very young age. People 12 and younger just don't have the awareness of what to post and what not to. They also have a hard time staying away from things that they shouldn't be doing and adding people as "friends" who aren't really a friend.

Like most things in this world there are positives and negatives. Facebook is no exception, some of the positives of facebook is the interaction with others, the ability to keep in touch with distant friends, and even gives a small business an effective advertising spot. Even with these positives there are also some bad negatives like stalkers who try to take valuable information from other people, bullies who use the internet to continue picking on others after school hours, and  some people get addicted to facebook which ruins their scheduling and other aspects of their life.

Nothing Better Than

There is nothing better than friends. Friends are great for hanging out with and talking to. They make life a little more exciting then just being by yourself. When you're by yourself and have nothing to do you can call you friends up and do something like go bowling, watch a movie, play a game, or just talk. Friends are essentail to having fun.
